QJJ510(3+2) Depositing Machine

Application:

QJJ Chocolate Depositing Machine is the dedicated equipment for depositing/molding chocolate at a rationedamount. This chocolate depositing machine series can be used to produce single flavor,two flavors, tripleflavors, pastes central filling, nuts central filling and other kinds of chocolates according to differentconfigurations of the machines. This series has two major machine types: semi-automatic and fully automaticand its configurations can be customized according to production needs.

QJJ150 Chocolate Depositing Machine can be used for the production of single color, two colors (left and right) and pastes central filling chocolates. This machine is a semi-automatic type and has functions of moulds pre-heating, depositing,moulds vibrating, and conveying. It adopts PLC control system and can easily change the moulds for different chocolate product varieties, It is suitable for factories with small batch and multi species production.

QJJ175and QJJ510 Single Head Chocolate Depositing Machine can both be used for the production of single color,two colors (left and right) and pastes central filling chocolates.These two models have fully automatic functions of mouldspre-heating, depositing,moulds vibrating, cooling, de-moulding and conveying,and adopt PLC control system.

QJJ175 and QJJ510 Two Heads Chocolate Depositing Machine can both be used for the production of single color,two colors(left and right),two colors (up and down) and pastes central filling chocolates. These two models havefully automatic functions of moulds pre-heating,two times depositing,two times moulds vibrating,two times cooling.de-moulding and conveying, and adopts PLC control system.

QJJ330(3+2) and JJ510(3+2) Chocolate Depositing Machine can both be used for the production of single color,two colors (left and right, up and down),three colors, big portion central filling, whole nuts filling,crushed nuts flling chocolate products, big chocolate bar and eto. 3+2 refers to three chocolate depositing heads plus two nuts adding devices. These 2 models have fully automatic functions of moulds pre-heating, depositing, moulds vibrating, moulds turning, cooling,de-molding and conveying.

QJJ275(3+2)Chocolate Depositing Machine can be used for the production of single color, two colors (left andright,up and down),three colors, big portion central filling, whole nuts filling, crushed nuts flling chocolate products,big chocolate bar and etc.This machine has three chocolate depositing heads plus two nuts adding devices. Ithas fully automatic functions of two times moulds pre-heating,three times depositing,one time moulds turning.three times moulds vibrating, three times cooling, de-moulding and conveying. Compared to QJJ330(3+2)andQJJ510(3+2)models, the moulds in this machine move in a horizontal way.
